I applied online. First, i had a phone-screening. They described me what the company does and the position. They asked me few questions about my experience. Then, we had a face to face meeting with HR, in order to tell me more about the company and the position in details. The next step was a home assignment. They asked me to test an html form and find bugs. Also, i had to write few automated scenarios on the framework they use. After that, we had a technical interview with the QA Leader, the team leader and product owner. They asked me about my experience and few question for the assignment. The questions were not only about selenium, but regarding the structure of the automation framework. Also, they described me in details the position and the product. The final round was an interview with the CTO. CTO is a very nice person with many technical skills. He told me more about the company and his vision. After few weeks, i had an offer which i accepted.
