AOPA interview questions

Very insightful questions, conversational interview style. Interviewer was much more interested in the person rather than the resume. Was invited back for a second interview but ultimately did not get an offer.

Initial interview and hiring was handled by outside recruiting company. Their focus was on my typing and computer skills primarily. I had a brief conversation with the team manager and the questions focused on my aircraft knowledge.
