There were lots of behavioural based questions that needed to be answered with the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). I had to give stories from my previous jobs. They also asked me what I knew about the company. When they asked me if I had any questions for them I said 'not' and they didn't look very impressed with that.

It was a smooth interview, the interviewer introduced the responsibility of the Employment Consultant well and clear and has asked a few questions about my experience. The office was small but had a warm feeling.
