Ridiculous. HR is taking technical interview, he will just collect your answers and will match the answer what there team has wrote. Most time taking interview and after giving you will get a reply that you are not selected.

Will give you a big website and tell you to test within limited time and then you have to send proper report with presentation. Keep atleast 3 hrs to waste your time.
