I'm not going to lie, the interview process is a lot of work, but it's worth it in the end. You are asked to take two different assessments to start off. If you score well, you will then be asked to create an entire slideshow for your next interview. You are creating the slideshow to pretend you're conducting an FTA (first time appointment) with a prospect. If you pass that round, you are then asked to create a 30-60-90 day business plan for your final interview with the Director of Channel Partnerships and the VP of Sales. They do drill you with questions about your business plan, but they also give you great feedback. I found both people to be extremely easy to talk to and not intimidating. They make you feel very comfortable when they are asking you questions about your business plan.
The process does take about 3 weeks, but they are very communicative during the process. They never leave you wondering where you stand. Also, after the 3rd interview, I was offered the position that very same day. I was very impressed with their timeliness.
