Interview was scheduled by a recruitment agency. The office is a 2 floor house and looked very homely. First the HR asked personal details and talked about the salary package. Then the Founder/CEO took the interview asking about my projects, experience, rating my skills based on experience. He spoke of only how he got his various clients and partnered with them.

It was a one day process. Started off with an aptitude test.
Aptitude consists of quantitative,sql queries & verbal skills.
Later they had a Group discussion where the candidates were given a situation to discuss on which normally we face in the corporate world.
The ones who clear this round are shortlisted for the technical+hr round . This round consists of basic questions related to the technical field of your interest.
