This was an initial phone screen from human resources. This person was very pleasant and the screen went well. The next steps were to be an in-person interview and said they would let me know. They did let me know before the weekend that I was not going to proceed any further in the process.

No difficult personality or situational questions. Easy conversation with two members of management. They wanted to know more about my experience and skillset. HR had done a prescreening of situational questions a few months earlier.

Interview
I interviewed with key players in the Edmund office and then same in the Denver Headquarters. The process started with several phone screenings with a Corporate recruiter. Next step was a lunch meeting with the VP of Engineering, my manager, and another engineer. I was then flown to Denver where I formally interviewed with the HR Manager, the CFO and a Project Manager
