Interview
Arduous, prolonged at times uncomfortable. Not for the faint of heart. The interview process took several weeks and one had to speak with a number of people at the firm who ask a lot of direct and sometimes difficult questions. Be prepared! You will also be asked to complete personality tests. A lot of work for little pay.

Question 1
Worst thing was one (out of 4) interviews was in room with 4 interviewers. 2nd worse was a VP who clearly had little understanding of the product materials and methods that her own company manufactured, accompanied by a stony faced member of the manufacturing team that also seemed a bit clueless.
