An interview process is a multistep practice that companies use to screen candidates from a larger pool. It allows managers and company stakeholders to gauge if candidates are a good fit for their company. The stages and requirements involved in this process can vary depending on the industry, position and company for which you are interviewing.

Easy fast it’s a interview panel to ask questions so it’s what you make of it and hope to do your very best . And hope to god that you lead in the right path

It is quiet straight forward. Questions around agile process and different techniques in business analysis. Questions around stakeholder management and competing priorities. Couple of real time scenarios and my take on it

Nice experience with highly professionals with good technical skills. They have been focused on problem solving skills rather than the oral technical skills. They were focused on the skills that really wanted in the current trend

This was a pre-interview call with a recruiter. She was very nice and easy to talk to but basically went down the list of requirements and qualifications on the job posting and recorded my answers. I was told I would recieve a follow up call within a few days and never heard back. A second recruiter for the same company reached out to me and left a message as if I'd never spoken to the first recruiter. I called and left messages but no one returns from either recruiter. It's really unfortunate because I was genuinely interested in the position.

Good interview process, hiring process is good there will be 5 rounds for hiring a candidate which is employee capability. Online test, 1st level of technical interview, 2nd level of technical interview, 3rd level discussion, hr round.

First round will be online coding round having 3 questions to be done in 90 minutes. Then you will be interviewed by some headless people there. It is just a waste of time there. These people are so shameless, first this person came for interview 10 minutes late then never shared his video, even I requested him to share his video also during video chat. Such people who are characterless, shameless etc hide their faces during the interviews.

F2F Interview, scheduled by the consultant, hr didn't even see my cv and the guy who took the interview is not even technical expert they just going thru my resume

Technical Interview: - First we had a written test with some MCQs and basic programming - Second round was a technical round to test knowledge on Selenium, JAVA,API and UI services - Third round was again a technical round to share the past experiences and challenges. A brief description on the job was given in this round. - Finally, HR round to discuss the job offers and salary details

Online test on the basics of Angular, Javascript, CSS followed by 2 technical rounds, 1 managerial round and the HR round. 1st technical round will be purely technical focusing on the problem solving, logical and analytical skills. 2nd technical round is focused on high level real time technical challenges testing ones exposure and the decision making skills. Managerial round is to judge on ones personality and how good a team player one is.
