Given a small quiz, about 10 or so questions? Mainly technical questions. If you're fresh grad, not expected to be able to answer. The interview is directly with the hiring manager, and not their HR department.
Very patient and kind interviewer he describe a lot about the job and what must be done and what needs to be done. Listen to queries and tries his best to accomodate and answer.
