      I interviewed at ASML

      Interview

I had a first interview with the person that would be my direct manager. She was alright. Then it became so difficult to find a slot for the next interview. The recruitment coordinnator was so difficult, confusing and difficult to deal with. She was also quite rude. I had an interview with a couple of peers, that was alright, in between I did a sort of assessment, completely irrelevant for the position. The results of the assesment were used for my last interview, which I found extremely outdated. My last interview was with the Global Leader and the HR Manager. The HR manager was there for the decor and the Global Leader is probably one of the rudest and most unpleasant people I have ever met. He made me understant that working for him is slavery and he would not smile or try to be nice. I just refused to go any further in the process: - Old fashioned management style, tools, scheduling and interview process.
