Round 1: Senior Business Analyst D&E and R&D Strategy Specialist Round 2: Project Manager and Business Partner BMO and BMO D&E Manager Round 3: Business Controller D&E and Team Lead Business Insight and Control D&E Genuinely very friendly interviewers which lead the interviews in a very much conversational style putting you at ease. Very willing to introduce themselves and their backgrounds and to anyswer (my many!) questions. Were excellent at keeping the interviews to schedule and on track. Although a few hard skills were mentioned in the job description, the interviews almost exclusively focussed on soft skills and approach.
