transparent and efficient, hr recruter contact very fast. The recruter imfomed me on day before he went to holiday, congradulating me that I got the offer while it will probably take some time more since he will have a few days' off.
First phase was a hirevue, all behavior based questions, mostly asking about how my prior experiences align with the role, and asking about my educational experience. For example, I was asked what my favorite class was and I was asked about my knowledge of ASML.

Question 1
What do you know about ASML and why you want to work at ASML
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ASML
Interview
Extremely unprofessional interview. Received a coldcall email from a recruiter. It sounded interesting, so I applied for the roles the recruiter sent me. Several weird and repetitive phone calls with multiple recruiters, none of which knew what the others were doing. Finally set up an interview with the team and what I believe was a hiring manager. They show up late to the appointment, and don't turn on their camera, so I leave my camera off. They asked me 2 weird questions that weren't related to work or experience, and then proceeded to ask me to turn my camera on. I turned my camera on, interviewer explained "this is just a preliminary interview" and then hung up on me. Heard a few weeks later from the recruiter that they were looking for someone with more than 8 years of experience and if I'd be interested in a lower role, at which point I told the recruiter I had 10 years of experience. Recruiter replies "oh, yeah, you do." Didn't hear anything for another few weeks when I emailed the recruiter asking if there was any word, and was told they didn't want to move forward with the interview process. Truly unprofessional.
