15 min phone call screening, followed by 30 min first round behaviorial interview with 1 client and 2 employees of ASRC federal. After that got rejected for the position, blah blah word count
Recruiter Screen (30 min): A high-level chat about your background, your experience with .NET/Azure, and why you're interested in the Denver hub. They will check for "deal-breakers" like salary expectations and notice periods.
Hiring Manager Sync (30-45 min): This is often a more technical "vibe check." You’ll likely talk about your experience transitioning monoliths to microservices, your work with AI agents (Lito/Kira context), and your leadership style.
