The interview was onsite during the school day which was difficult- the HR team emailed with a timeslot already selected and then I had to reschedule from there, instead of picking a calendar slot. I interviewed with a panel including principal, teacher, psychologist. Most of the questions were very basic and could have been easily answered with a quick resume review (Do you have a Master's in School Counseling? Do you have a school counseling certification? etc.) The team didn't seem excited to talk about their school and seemed worn out from interviewing, so I'm guessing HR just selected candidates on their behalf with no input from the actual school. Ultimately this felt like a 10-minute screening interview that could have been done virtually or even over the phone.
