several rounds of interviews; NO ONE looked at portfolio; mostly superficial questions; the best part is that I was interview by a range of staff from top to bottom and even the CEO; the process was quick and each person had about 30 minutes for one-on-one; got a really good feel for the company and its projects; very easy skills test

Very clear on direction and very low pressure to answer the questions quickly or property. relaxed enviroment and describes environment in the process with clear direction of expectations. Overall it was good
