My Interview Experience with ATC The interview process with ATC begins with a one-way video interview. If successful, candidates are invited to a face-to-face interview with the Area Property Manager and the Area Service Manager. This second stage offers a great opportunity to learn more about the company, its culture, and to answer a series of thoughtful interview questions to determine mutual fit. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and appreciated the warm, professional environment.
