Interview
5 Interviews over a course of 3 hours, about 30 or 45 minuets with each person. With lead biologist, supervisor, and HR. Very informative, welcoming, and understanding! They did a great job in going explaining the position, needs and expectations, if you ask the right questions you will see they provide what you need to be successful in your position. Not too many technical questions but be prepared to explain experiences listed on your resume!
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ATCC in Apr 2025
Interview
The process was straightforward. I had never experienced a 5 minute "interview". It was similar to a phone screening. I was originally rejected; However, I was re-interviewed at a later date and offered a position. My second interview I was able to ask questions and had more information on the actual position, so I was able to cater my responses to the questions.
The person who interviewed me was not great at communication and was late to the interview but still a simple straightforward interview. They asked about my experience and wanted key details.
