I had a basic phone interview with HR. Then was called into the office for a second interview. I interviewed with three different people; the Senior VP of HR, the Investor Services team manager, and the Head of Investor Services. They were all really nice and basically just asked about myself, my background, ambitions, and just tried to get to know me. Unfortunately, I was not hired but it seemed like a really great company to work for. They really want someone who is willing and eager to learn about and develop a continual interest in the Securities Business.
