ATTN: interview questions

The process was straightforward. It was a video interview with the two hiring managers, followed by an assessment (unpaid), an in-person interview, and a final interview with someone C-Suite. In the final interview (a phone call), the woman I talked to was eating and cleaning her dishes during the call, and mentioning qualities she wanted to hire for that were not included in the job description or in any of the previous interviews.

The interview was friendly, informative, and transparent. The recruiter cut to the chase and described the role/salary clearly. She was also open and forthcoming about my questions. I appreciated how genuine and direct she was.
