Management and corporate positions require that you meet with the location's manager, then the regional manager, then Doug himself.
Anything below that, all you have to do is show up and demonstrate a reasonable command of the English language. Corporate staffing is fairly entrenched, but everywhere else suffers from a constant shortage of people, and an even greater shortage of good ones.
