AV Group interview questions

First interview was a phone interview. No heads or scheduling. Basically cold called me and asked if I could interview. Second interview was a video call interview. Interviewer was late. The questions were basic interview questions (example of conflict resolution, example of supervision…) I received an offer. The offer offer was much below the advertised range. I did not accept.
