I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AVEVA (Hyderābād) in Feb 2016
Interview
I was called by the hr from Aveva. It was held on week days. I was reached late by 30 minutes. The interview was taken by two technical persons (Tech lead and manager). There were two rounds both were technical. And last round was hr round. This interview was very comfortable.

They asked me about my current project. And then they started with basic questions on VC++, design patterns usage in my current project, what is difference between interfaces in c# and c++.

Interview
Initial Teams call with recruiter, discussed my background and told me about the company.
Second round Teams interview with two non-technical team managers, had to go back over my background again and then was asked questions mainly about mentoring others. Felt like I was applying for a teaching job and not the technical software engineering job I applied for.
Was frustrating to have to re-iterate what had already been said at the first stage and that there was no real technical aspect to the interview.
Just felt like two HR meetings.
Got a rejection email from their apprentice recruiter who pretended to have spoken with me when they actually hadn't. All felt a bit shabby tbh.

The interview experience was quite decent overall. It began with a technical round conducted by the managers, followed by three consecutive sessions—behavioral, technical, and system design. The interview coordinator was exceptionally organized throughout.

Usual call with hr, then easy hackerrank test of some .net core services. Spent an hour and a half doing that, which worked because it had a load of tests that verified it. Then just ghosted and never heard a thing. They obviously don't give a stuff about candidates so don't bother
