AVG Motors interview questions

They interview for technical things and job they want is of clerical level. Company itself don't know what they want from the post. They don't have any Job description for any post.

I applied online and within a couple of weeks I received an e-mail from HR Coordinator to set up an interview. Purely behavioral. About 30 minutes long. Then had another phone interview a couple of weeks later. That interview was also behavioral. Then heard back about a week later with the offer
