It's pretty easy, but the questions are limited to the knowledge of the team leader interviewing you. I haven't encountered questions specifically for the position most of the time. Because the project is finalized after the position is taken. It's a bit annoying that this part isn't clear.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AVL Group (Munich, Bavaria)

I got an email that two interviewers were going to be there. I show up and in the interview room i had to ask where the other one is. The reaction was "oh that guy, he is busy. its only going to be. every question you have i can address it". Big first red flag. Interview goes on and not one of my technical question were answered properly. He talked about 10 min until i lost intereset and was nodding just for him to stop. He was supposed to be the boss and was very arrogant. He set a fixed date when he is going to cantact me about the results. That day came and passed. Second big red flag. Three days later i write to him and get an automated email telling me he was on vacation. Third and final big red flag.
