I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at AVT Simulation
Interview
My resume was submitted via a recruiter. (I had applied directly through the company website, but I guess AI rejected me.) The recruiter contacted me to set up an interview. I thought the interview (on-site)went well; I liked the people I interviewed with, and I was confident I could do the job. The interview questions were reasonable.
I was ghosted. I still see the job posting on Glassdoor.

Interview
My interview was generally unprofessional. The cameras were off and the managers didn't sound like they were well-informed about the role. There was a discrepancy in multiple places about if the role was full-time or not. They asked me if I could relocate. Pretty basic. One more thing that was extremely unprofessional: I was contacted by HR twice this week, I was curious so I called back. HR apologized for my experience, I was curious how they knew about my experience, they mentioned my post on Glassdoor. This unsolicited contact was invasive, to be frank. I assume they were trying to hold me responsible for their unprofessionalism. I would pick another company to work with, if I was offered a job here. Their website/video is a stark contrast to how their people actually are.
