I experienced 3 interviews, two in person and one over the phone. They were mostly conversational. We mostly reviewed experience and how it translates to role. It was a very positive experience and informal.

Interview
Interview was with my direct supervisor, the manager of the state, a coworker and engineer. It was in depth but more about the importance of client service and support and how you would fit in with the team.
