I was invited for an offline interview process, and during initial discussions I was informed that the offered compensation would be around 6.5 LPA.
However, after clearing the technical round, I was later told that the offer would be 3.8 LPA during training, and only after completion it may be revised to around 6 LPA. This was not clearly communicated earlier and felt misleading compared to the initial expectation.
When I tried to clarify this with HR, I did not receive proper response or follow-up.
Overall, the hiring and communication process felt unclear and inconsistent, especially regarding compensation structure. Candidates should be given transparent information from the beginning.
Also, it seems the company considers candidates with career gaps, which can be a positive for inclusivity, but compensation expectations should still be clearly defined.
