AWEA interview questions

AWEA's interview process comprised of three rounds including a writing exercise and an interview with 6 AWEA staff members. It was a cordial process that did not feel too extensive.

I initially applied online. I was then contacted to do a Skype interview and moved on to the next round of in-person interviews. Although I didn't receive an offer, the team was really great and kept me up-to-date during each step. Very well-organized and professional process.
