My first point of contact with the company was a brief phone screen, where I was briefed on the company and the opportunity, after which I submitted my resume and officially threw my hat in the ring for consideration. I interviewed with Human Resources over the phone - it was a fairly standard process where I was asked a handful of questions about my work history and experiences. I advanced to an in person interview with the Executive I would be reporting to which was very casual and conversational. Shortly thereafter, I had a follow up conversation with HR and was later offered the position. HR was very responsive and quick to follow up throughout the process, which, as a job seeker, I really appreciate.
