The initial interviews were with the head of the Property practice and an HR representative. The second one was with a head of the Liability practice. The third would have been with the company’s Bermuda-based president. I only got as far as the second interview. The process was friendly although towards the end of the second interview, I got the sense that the interviewers were asking questions to gather market intel. As it turned out, the job went to another person which was, in retrospect, the best thing that that could happen to me.
