AZ Home Loans interview questions

Called in for the preliminary phone interview, and Jason was cold and matter of fact. He didn't answers questions directly, which leads me to believe they may have something to hide. Definitely a red flag when a company lists Salary at $90,000 to $150,000. Also, if they are rude on first interview, I'm guessing they aren't much fun to work with/for.
