Interview
Arrogant attitude. They think their own thing is better than the competitors, but it is not really. It’s too arrogant even for Silicon Valley companies. There are too many other real estate tech companies that do much the same thing. Too much Silicon Valley jargon (“disrupt” and “democratize”). Never answered my questions directly. It was always confusing and full of misdirection. Didn’t make a very good pitch to join the company.

Interview
This was by far the best interview process that I have ever been through. It was not short or easy by any means, but the most genuine and thoughtful.
I appreciated that I was not asked the same questions multiple times despite interviewing with team members across different departments.
Aalto really took into account every aspect of my professional history and not just my most recent position. They truly look at me as a person and not just someone to fill a role.

Interview
Very welcoming and insightful process. Several departments were represented and multiple opportunities to ask questions were given. The process was slightly less long beginning to end than other interviews I have had which is refreshing. Their excellent culture definitely shines through.
