Aasted Project Manager interview questions

Got a call from HR that they wanted to interview me for a position after I applied online. I get to Farum and the manager clearly doesn't know much about my cv. It seems like she wasn't the one who wanted to interview me and keeps asking me about all the qualifications I lack for the role while seemingly confused about they want in this role. Finally, I tell the manager that they need to align their expectations for the role and find out what they want. Manager agrees. Weird and uncomfortable process.
