Interview
Deceivingly short process. Submit CV, interview with the CEO, and you're in. CEO will be charming, friendly, and will conduct it like a normal conversation. No reason to be anxious about starting a process here; pressure is non-existent and getting in is remarkably easy.

CEO mostly wants to know of your experience and if you're English level is good. He'll oversell the company, as well as the opportunities within it and how much you can realistically learn while working there.
