Ask basic questions about your background, then send you to take a few tests but will help you on the test. Drug test and have to be cpr first aid trained. There were no asking questions About myself personally. No what if questions or have you ever been in this sitiTion. Very easy interview. A teenager could get hired with no experience necessary. I don't even think I was interview by a manager just a receptionist.
