Abell Pest Control interview questions

It was asked in the interview by the hiring manager as a male if I could work for a female boss during the interview. In addition, I was asked about transportation status during the interview which is a human rights issue in Ontario. It was used to discriminate based on protected grounds, and the information was not a genuine job requirement. I was ghosted, no follow-up to the interview so I imagine the female-male sex dynamic was the main issue for the hiring manager.

Two interviews both in which are pretty easy it’s the pesticide exam that is difficult. But once obtained the work is fun and easy the more fun a job is the better the job
