The first step was one of those automated ones where you record your answers to prompts. There was no human being talking to you which is fine it is just something that is difficult to get used to.

Applied online and received an email about a week and a half later saying they wanted to schedule an interview, I responded and did not hear anything back so I called the store. I was told to wait another week since “interviews were sent on mondays”. I went into the store and met the manager the next week and she said she would send me the interview link. Never did.
