The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Sterling Heights, MI) in Mar 2009
Interview
Dress casually, you want to represent the company. So wear jeans and a t-shirt for example.
You will be interviewed in a group of people and everyone gets a chance to answer the questions. They're pretty basic. They want to know about you, what your friends and family think of you, what casual luxury means, etc.
It's a lot more laid back than I first thought it would be. So just be yourself, smile, be outgoing, and have fun.
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Santa Barbara, CA)
Interview
A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.
I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
