I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Orlando, FL) in Jan 2015
Interview
The interview was very brief and done in a group setting outside the store in the mall. They asked a few questions regarding diversity and why it's important in our corporate culture. Interviewer was reading off of a question sheet the whole time and had little personal attachment with the candidates. Come looking like you work at the store already, know the brand, love the brand, get hired.

Question 1
What does diversity mean to you and why is it important?
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.

Interview
A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Interview
Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
