I worked for A&F and A&F Kids and both times I was approached in- store for the position. the very first time I worked for A&F, I was browsing the store with my friend and I was approached by a manager and encouraged to apply (later on after I was hired, I went on to ask why she approached me and she said "You looked like you worked here."). she told me to apply on the in- store computer, there, I could also set up interview dates that were convenient for me. everyone who has or ever will work for this company has the exact same interview process: group interview, call back within a week and a half and a day of training. pretty simple :)
