I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Kennesaw, GA) in Aug 2010
Interview
I worked for A&F and A&F Kids and both times I was approached in- store for the position. the very first time I worked for A&F, I was browsing the store with my friend and I was approached by a manager and encouraged to apply (later on after I was hired, I went on to ask why she approached me and she said "You looked like you worked here."). she told me to apply on the in- store computer, there, I could also set up interview dates that were convenient for me.
everyone who has or ever will work for this company has the exact same interview process: group interview, call back within a week and a half and a day of training. pretty simple :)
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.

Interview
A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Interview
Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
