Super simple and casual interview. Not too complex and very normal conversation. Heard back within a day and got hired, filled out tax papers and everything, and never got another call about orientation. It's been 6 months.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch in Oct 2009
Interview
Everyone has to fill an application online in the stores and you then can show up to their weekly open interviews that are available twice a week . Interviews all in a group setting which can be offered if your the fifth person to go and you have to try and come up with an answer that hasn't been said.

Interview
Pre-recorded interview but you only get 30 seconds to prepare each question. Fairly easy, but only get one chance to film it. Not a face to face interview though. Good luck!
