The interview was a group interview that was not very organized. We went outside and gathered in a circle in an area by a kids play area in the mall and answered questions. The purpose of the questions was to see which people would stand out, but the question were not pertinent to the job.

One on one interview, sit down outside of the store with the store manager. Lasted about 20 minutes of question and answer. Manager was friendly and let the conversation flow onto other topics.

They wanted very outgoing and charming people who smile a lot naturally, so do those things and you will be off to a great start. The job is tedious, but fine.
