Very welcoming and casual. The whole experience felt incredibly genuine and the recruiting team puts a lot of work into making it an overall positive experience for applicants. The company wants to get to know you personally and professionally - they really care about ensuring there is a good culture fit, not just being qualified. The A&F recruiting experience was far better than any other company I have interviewed with.

What was a failure you experienced and how did you overcome it?
Numerical reasoning test is hard I studied and it was still hard. Other than that it was easy this was the first round haven’t heard back yet. The actual interview wasnt tough just be yourself.

I heard back after applying for a day-- so pretty quick!. Initially, I had to do a HireVue-like video to answer questions, and it was casual. Still in the process, though.

Interview
I did the video interview which was was four short behavioral questions. You had no retakes and 30 seconds to read the question. I believe it was 2 minutes to answer the question. Overall very easy to prepare beforehand as they are standard behavioral questions.
