Starts with a group interview and then a call back. Then a single interview with the district manager. The questions in the first interview are basic and easy. The questions are more application based during the second interview.

They just wanted to see if you could socially hold a conversation and were just a fun person to talk to. They weed out the people that get super nervous talking in front of people during the group interview.
