I got an interview after a career fair and did 2 30 minute interviews back to back. They ghosted me after this which is very annoying, but the interviews were good and they were very nice.

Tell me about the hardest criticism you've received, how would your friends describe you in 3 words, why retail
Numerical reasoning test is hard I studied and it was still hard. Other than that it was easy this was the first round haven’t heard back yet. The actual interview wasnt tough just be yourself.

I heard back after applying for a day-- so pretty quick!. Initially, I had to do a HireVue-like video to answer questions, and it was casual. Still in the process, though.

Interview
I did the video interview which was was four short behavioral questions. You had no retakes and 30 seconds to read the question. I believe it was 2 minutes to answer the question. Overall very easy to prepare beforehand as they are standard behavioral questions.
