I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
Met in group interview of two. Checked in with the manager and was held casually outside of the store. The experience was mainly conversational and the questions asked were generally behavioral and personal questions. The questions switched between the members of the group interview. None of the questions asked were particularly technical.

Question 1
Q: How would you handle a customer who wasn't quite sure what they were looking for?
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Santa Barbara, CA)
Interview
A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Interview
Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
