Really responsive and efficient HR team, with a clear four stage interview process.
The first stage is an HR screening call. The second is a coding interview focused on basic programming skills. The third is a data science interview where you build and implement a machine learning model while explaining your approach. The final stage is a culture interview.
Overall, the technical interviews are not especially difficult. I would recommend reviewing the fundamentals and practising training a few machine learning models from start to finish while explaining each step of your reasoning out loud.

I applied for the Risk Data Analyst position in March 2026. I was contacted by an HR by email and they asked me to please book a MS Teams call to discuss the role further. That was on Thursday
I booked the call on Monday next week in the time slot that was available. Unfortunately no HR showed up on the call.

Recruiter Screen followed by Technical Interview. They shared a piece of code and asked me to debug/walkthrough and explain the reason for different errors.
