Applied for the position and never heard from a recruiter, but instead received an automated email inviting me to take a coaching survey. The email claimed that I had progressed to stage 2 of the process and the survey asked me to enter my DOB and the last four digits of my social. Nope. We shouldn't continue to use a social security number as identifier anyways, but i am specifically not handing that information out before speaking to a human being.
