The interviewer spoke a lot and asked all the predictable questions. The interview took an hour but we finished in half an hour .

I was invited to an interview after applying for the job at absa. Went to the interview and there was a panel of 3 people 2 Managers and a senior worker interviewing me. The interview was set for an hour. after completing the interview i was sent to do an aptitude test.

Very well structured, professional and forgiving. They had patience, asked insightful questions and kept everything casual, but still asked the necessary questions and drove the necessary conversations. Was a great experience!
